The plausible cheap and comfy places would be either my house or KS.
I dont know who else lives in a condo in a class, so if any woodlanders or north people lives in a condo, try to offer it, because Khong Sheng s house is in Eunos, and mine in Bukit Batok.

This time there would be swimming pool, so everyone can be throw in again.
